KOS assisted Van Keuren International New York (investment banking services) for over 2 years. We increased deal flow significantly and some of the transactions we were involved with were a $12M care home financial restructuring project and a $43M wind farm deal.

KOS acted as a deal advisor for the investment banking arm of a US Broker-Dealer. As well as introducing deals here we also acted as a broker where a major retail chain that was expanding into the UK required full banking services.

In 2009 KOS brokered a $170M sugar refinery transaction for the Middle East.

KOS had a global marketing agreement with a US commercial lender which specialises in funding projects across several asset classes including; commercial real estate, energy, construction, equipment financing, and technology.

Investors can pick and choose deals depending on risk and partake on a fractional basis from $100K to $50M+.
